If customers are happy, they will be the best advertisement that money can buy. Provide great customers service, high quality products, and a professional attitude at all times and not only will those customers return, but they will tell their friends and family about about the backyard nursery and will traffic will soon increase. An increase in traffic means an increase in business which will mean that a successful backyard nursery has been achieved.
